Thank you for your message. Are you referring to Protection! Licensing Server where you have a floating license for SoapUI installed? If it is so, you will need to re-issue your license for a new IP and configure ProtectionLS on a new server: https://support.smartbear.com/readyapi/docs/general-info/licensing/activate/floating/configure-license-server.html
To re-issue your license, please contact your account manager or SmartBear Support.
