sorry for the delayed response and your troubles.. please start by increasing your memory settings to the following:
-Xms512m -Xmx1024m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m -Dsoapui.properties=soapui.properties -Dgroovy.source.encoding=iso-8859-1 "-Dsoapui.home=%SOAPUI_HOME%\"
also, could you show the actual groovy script you are running? or maybe attach (or mail us) the entire project? Since it seems related to the script I should be able to provoke this even if I don't have your actual data..
