Manual Test Project

We are using SoapUI as Test Framework which contains all automated Test Cases as in Groovy and Ruby also. We would like to keep in SoapUi not only automated Test Cases but manual ones also. We need possibility to create Manual Test Cases in any project. Manual Test case should contain grids for description of Steps, Expected result, Actual resul and result of the test (Failed or Passed radio buttons). In Report we need to see if this test Passed, Failed or have not being tested at all. And we need to restore to neutral values of test results for all manual test cases by one click on proper menu item. Results of the manual test case should be saved until tester changes it or restore to neutral value. Is it possible to develop this feature?
