I concur!
Same thing happened to me a few times and tonight was the last straw and needed to complain somewhere.
It seems when SoapUI is open for an extensive period of time - I deal with the following:
1. Renaming a property value doesn't get renamed. Usually closing and reopening the property works, tonight it didn't.
2. Saving the project when resources seemed to be getting drained for some reason DIDN'T save my project changes.
Seems SoapUI doesn't work well with Memory
