LoadUI stalls and crashes

i have the LoadUI pro version 2.8.1. I have 34 restful service test in my testcase. Component used is Ramp.Start value is 0 and end value is 2 period is 200 sec.SoapUI runner settings has the max concurrent user is 250 and max queue size is 1000. Global settings has the max internal thread 2000 and internal thread queue size is 10000. With this set-up when the load test is executed it freezes and crashes.The screen shot at the point of crash is attached. Pls confirm if the set up is correct or is that anything else needs to be done. But when the load test freezes i was able to make a API call to the endpoint manually and the response is fast.

    I was told to increase the JVM heap size and it seemed to resolve.

    Support response is as below

    "Please increase the max java heap space in {LoadUI Pro install}\loadUI.bat to -Xmx3072m and start LoadUI Pro using the loadUI.bat file."

    Hi.  It stalls and crashes for me too.   Did you find a fix?

    I'm experiencing a very similar behaviour while testing as well. I can see from the system resource usage that the tests are still executing however the actual LoadUI tool is frozen (it becomes completely unresponsive).

     

    Has anyone made any progress on this issue or received any support?????
