LOADUI Pro 4.6.3 crashes after welcome screen

Question

Just installed loadui pro 4.6.3 with a trial key on Win2K8-R2 Enterprise (64Bit) box. On the welcome screen, as soon as I click "create a new LOADUI project", it dies within a few seconds.

Although I am logged in as admin, both DEP and UAC is OFF on that box
