Loadui Installation error.

System displays error as " C:\program files\eviware\loadui-1.5.0\bundle\loadui-soapui-plugin-4.0.0.jar. Could not create this file.Shall i try again" . On clicking "No" for this, another exception is raised as
"Java.io.eofexception: Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream".

I tried to install the software in a new folder, still the same error is displayed. Unable to install the software.

Kindly provide a solution.

System Info:
Windows 7 enterprise and Java Version 1.6
