loadUI crashes virtualbox virtual machine

This is repeatable in my environment at least. It happens every time I perform the action detailed.

Create SOAP project and configure with appropriate settings. Add distributed agents, at least two. On the Agents tab, drag the load test to the first agent, drag the load test to the second agent BOOM, Virtualbox crashes unceremoniously, no logging, just dead.

Setup:
OFFLINE private network
Host: Windows 7 Enterprise fully patched
Virtualbox: 4.2.0 r80737
Virtual OS: Windows Server 2008 sp2 fully patched
loadUI: 2.1.1
soapUI: 4.5.1
jdk: 6u20
jafafx: 1.3.1
