LoadUI.bat file missing

Hii,
I have insatlled both SoapUI & Load UI 4.5.2 . I couldn't launch the loadUI after installing the LoadUI 4.5.2. Neither a desktop short-cut is created nor a start menu installer is created.
In the uninstaller also only SoapUI 4.5.2 is viewed which I think should show both the uninstaller entry for Load & Soapui. When I am trying to launch the the Load, an error is thrown that "Loadui.Bat file missing".And when closed it asking for browsing the batch file .
If I browse through the Bin folder ,NO LoadUI.bat file is found. Only Loadtestrunner.bat file is found.
I am attaching the Bin folder snap shot for better clarity. IS it only available for Pro version or a Known issue.
Please help me at your earliest.

    when you install loadui along with soapUI two separate folders are created under the smartbear folder one for soapui and another for loadui. Is your loadui folder present? If not then loadUI probably didn't get installed.

    If loadui is present and/or installed in a directory different from what i mentioned above locate its bat file and in soapUI there is a tab under preferences where you could provide the absolute path to the loadui bat file and you should be all set.
