loadUI agents' dependencies

I have loadUI on one box and want to install the agents on 4 other machines. My scenario uses soapUI request which also has steps to access a database.

1. Do I need to install loadUI and soapUI on the four agent boxes?
2. When running the test in soapUI I need to add a mysql-connector-*.jar and a custom script jar to the bin/ext, do I need to do this as well somehow for the agent machines?
