LoadUI Agent dies mysteriously

Hi,

Are you consistently getting this behavior for this particular machine? The "Message with SEQ..." message indicates that a large number of packets from the controller are dropped, and the loadUI agent hasn't been able to recover them. Usually this shouldn't happen very often, but if keeps happening there might be something else wrong. From the log output it seems that the controller and agent get out of sync in regards to message sequence numbers. I'm not sure what might be causing this, but we'll try to investigate it.

Hello

I have one remote Agent to evaluate the tool (with connection GUI <-> Agent on a slow line)
My project contains no more than 10 test cases (the more test cases the longer to wait for a completed 'distribute test cases' step)
No test case is running (project is just loaded into workspace) .

After many retries Agent successfully connects and synchronizes test cases , then after a second connection is dropped again and the Agent again synchronizes ... it goes into never ending loop

I am getting constantly in logs : Message with SEQ: .... dropped!

Sometimes when I am re-loading test cases (by taking it off and on to the agent ) I am able to eventually get a stable 1minute time to click "run test case", but during the test running the also "message dropped" logs are printed

Could you clarify what is the root cause (you mentioned that sometimes we can get such messages) ?
