LoadUI - "Requests"?

In SoapUI when doing a Load Test with a DataSource, 1 Thread = The whole dataSource file
In LoadUI it seem to be the same damn thing.
I just want to run 1 TestCase at a time! Not the whole dataSource file in one shot.
I've tried:
1. LoadUI - Limit blank, with a DataSource of 3 customers to create.
Result - it kept running past Request 3 and started to log failures.
2. I tried Limit 3, again with a DataSource of 3 customers to create
Result - started to send failures again.
** not to mention no clear logging.
In SoapUI if I run the TestCase as is - it runs, loops (grabs the next dataSource line item) and starts again perfectly fine.
So why is SoapUI LoadTester & LoadUI trying to aggravate me by hitting every dataSource line Item at once?
