Load and save project custom properties
Load and save custom project properties does not always transfer the value. The name is always transferred, but the value is not.

Click on Project
Click on Custom Properties
Click on Save
Check file
File contains Name and no value
This project has dozens of properties though.
Wonder if it breaks if there are too many properties?
