License problems

Hi, I need to used virtServer but when try to start and put the lincense by console response with: ERROR [2022-04-06 20:21:29,610] com.smartbear.ready.license.util.CommandLineUtils: Failed to validate license. Reason: ReadyAPI Virtualization license is not supported.

Any one can help me , the support of smartbear don't response me.
