Licence has stopped working

Hi,
I purchased a copy of SoapUI pro back in June 2012 and installed to a single server.
The software was used for a period but has not been used since.
I have come back to it today only to be informed that I need to install the licence and the only licence I have along with the activation key are already registered to another system.
For clarification, I am working on the only environment that this licence has ever been installed on.

Very confused.

I e-mailed support to advise that the software is only running in courtesy mode and I couldn't send the licence details only to be told I can.
Since I have advised that I can't based on what I can see and no-one has come back to me.

Can anyone on here offer any advice? It is a long shot but I have a project depending on this.

    Hi Phil,

    As long as no bigger changes has happened to your environment the license should not need to re-activate itself. I'm guessing you are the Phil that I talked to this morning?
    When you activate the license it binds to your system, and seeing as it now complains that it's activated on another system the only logical conclusion is that either your system has been changed or it has "forgotten" how the system looks like. Might be that some local file is missing?
    If you're unable to get it working with the license you've activated in June we can re-activate them from here. Just do an offline activation and email me the license number and activation key shown in the steps.
