I've got a similar issue.  The WSDL imports fine in SOAP UI PRO but the Ready!API 1.2.2 gives the following:

[https://dcna-q-web-08.brightstarcorp.com/LogisticsService/BrightStarLogisticsService.svc?wsdl]: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested targe

 

Are there any settings I need to change?
