Java.net.SocketExeption: PermissionDenied error in VPN

Hi,I am getting Java.net.SocketExeption: PermissionDenied error while making a soapui call IF I am connected to VPN.I am using licensed soapUI Pro 4.5.0.Any idea why?Thanks
