Issue with license when upgrading to 5.1.1

Hi,
I just upgrade my SOAP UI Pro version from 4.6.4 to 5.1.1. The steps I followed were:
1. Deactivate SOAP UI License (from Help > Deactivate license)
2. Uninstall version 4.6.4
3. Download version 5.1.1
4. Install version 5.1.1
5. When prompt for license location, I entered my license key file
6. I can't use this key, as it asks me to activate the license online and when I do so, I get an error that the license has exceeded the allowed number of copies.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

    Hello,

    Did you change from one machine to another? If not please reinstall it in the older version and then open the new version. You do not need to deactivate and reactivate in between versions. If soapUI is activated on one version it will work for all versions 4.5.x and newer if its on the same machine.
