Is HTTP Post supported?

Hopefully someone can answer, I have looked through the docs and couldn't find any info on how to send an http post request to a site. (All I could find was normal requests) Im trying to see if this software is able to support our needs to stress test a php web app that works on POST.

If it does could someone either point me in the right direction or give a quick how to and what I am missing.
