Inconsistency in reciving the response XML's

Hi

I am using SOAP UI 14 day trail version and we are currently procuring full version licenses from Smart Bear . However when I am using the tool to test my purposes where the end point defined is JMS hermes configuration and when I pass XML request I find a lot of inconsistency in response XML's and I end up passing the same XML more than once to receive a required response . I don’t think this should be the case since my connectivity to JMS hermes is fine and I keep getting desired results .
However I feel this is (Bug?) or something which is definitely not correct in tool which fails to capture the request in one go and I have to pass the same more than once in order to receive a response .
Help would be appreciated since I would have submit a report on the tool in order to progress on procurement of the licenses .

    Adding further to the below quote , we can find more inconsistency in the tool . When we two or more users simultaneously pass the same XML request fwe fail to receive the correct XML response back . On more usage the tool looks more and more vulnerable when we use to pass XML using JMS and it continuously fails to deliver the results . Is there anyone who can advise what is the problem here and why do we see such failures .
    I would happy to email or send across snippets of the XML which clearly show failure on the tool to respond back with the correct XML request .Any help would be appreciated .
