In ReadyAPI after running test case,status of it is stuck to running and can't rerun it

Hello When I run a test case in ReadyAPi,after finishing test steps status of the case is not completed and is stuck to running.Clicking on the stop button doesn't work.I'm unable to re-run the case ...

Quite strange. Never happened to me... Are you on the latest version of ReadyApi? You can also create a support ticket. They tend to respond fast.
