It didn't look like I was going to get the pull request approved and so I revoked the pull request. I am going to do a rewrite of my script that takes into consideration that "testrunner.bat" will never be approved to be changed. My rewrite will be totally different (and will wrap around the existing testrunner.bat script) but if you want to see where I left the old version, here is the last version of that script that I made: https://gist.github.com/djangofan/5498573
