Import in 3.0 Beta1 reports Missing Test Case for all Run TestCase steps

I was trying to import a 2.5.2 project  into 3.0 Beta 1; wherever there is a Run TestCase step, the import reports 'Missing Test Case'. The project is working properly in 2.5.2.
