I try to add Agents and nothing happens.

I'm using LoadUI 1.5. When I attempt to add agents, LoadUI is able to find them, but when I select their "checkboxes" and click on the "add" button, nothing happens. I can't understand why. It just sits there. it doesn't freeze up, because I can click cancel and do other operations..but I can't add my agents. Help!

I should mention I'm using a windows server platform. Windows 2008 R2.

    Hi!

    Is there anything in the System log (bottom bar of loadUI -- you can expand it). If not, please post the output that you get from doing this with the Java Console enabled (learn how to enable it here: Windows/Linux or MacOS.

    Yes, attached is a screenshot of the system console output. Looks like there is a null pointer exception when creating a new agent.

    Found it (the bug)!

    It occurs only when you double-click on the New Agent icon in the workspace toolbar.

    I have now fixed it internally (meaning it will be fixed in loadUI 2.0). In the meantime, please add agents in other ways (drag-n-drop from the toolbar, right-click the agent list in the workspace view, right-click the agent bottom panel, etc.).
