HTML Hex Encoding not supported ?

Hi

HTML DEC encoding of national special characters is working OK (e.g. in polish: MUUT TYÖT YLEISET)
but the equivalent HEX encoding (e.g. MUUT TYÖT YLEISET) does not work properly : it is represented as a Cdata in the reply.
Is this a bug or missing functionality in Soapui or some setup missing somewhere?
