How to send this request with soapui to a WCF service

Hi, I need to test a WCF Service with SOAPUi but I don't know why it is not work with SOAPUi and works in a Java client with CXF and WSS4J

I've attach the request  that work, the request from SOAPUI that fails and the java class. 

How can help me to solve my problem?, I don't find the different in both request.
