How to run REST services with different versions in same project ?

I need to run services with 2 versions (https://millwardbrown.azure-api.net/Brands&api-version=3.0.0) and  (https://millwardbrown.azure-api.net/Brands&api-version=4.0.0). Currently I created 2 different projects for 2 versions.

Can we parametrize versioning and run the project twice, first one with 3.0.0 and second one with 4.0.0. ?\
