How to load SoapUI.settings to SoapUI

I'm trying to set SSL keystore thru a script as mentioned here : http://www.soapui.org/Scripting-Propert ... t-settings

But my soapui is not pulling the SSL keystore and password from SoapUI.settings file

Any Help is appreciated
