how to increase the number of connections ?

Hi , I now have new query . I wanna make the number on connections to 32 . I have attached this in the pic. Please suggest how do I do this. Thanks Shravan

All that I wanted to achieve is that I must be able to simultaneously hit the test server for 32 times.
