How to get data automatically from HTML page into SOAPUI Req

Would be great if anyone can answer. We Have some test cases, that require instant data into request from a HTML page (basically a algorithm that generates a current time stamp and a token ). As our requests are REST, every time we have to go manually to that page and generate time stamp and token ,get that data and then use it in the request. We are looking for some groovy or any pugging that can help to get this data from that html page into the requests.
