how to enable/disable desired test case from particular testsuite using command line arguments

Hello,

Can we enable and disable particular test cases from particular test suite using command line arguments.

I want to avoid doing same by manually launching SOAP UI/ Ready API tool, exit tool and then come back and try from command line arguments.

Can you please help me on the same.
