Hi,
If cookies is really the issue in play here you will need to open a support case (https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=ReadyAPI) and I will escalate to development to see how the cookies can be deleted for the internal browser. Have you tried setting File -> Preferences -> Internal Browser -> Trust the self signed certificate in Ready API?

Thanks for the reply. I have tried the settings you have told, but that too doesn't work. I hope we should come up with solution for deleting the cookies of the internal browser.
