How to deal with the errors while installing the ReadyAPI

I am getting the errors over and over while installing the Ready API as mentioned in the attachment.

It looks like you don't have sufficient access rights to store things in Program Files. What if you run the installer as a local administrator?

  It was the problem with the admin privileges which I have sorted out recently. Thanks for your reply.
