Currently we have around 40 steps under one test case. Now we want to convert these test step to a Individual test case (One level up). Pls check & let me know.

Hi rvijayan0310! Looks like Ilario72 is correct, there's no way to do this unless you try writing a custom script.
I don't think there is a solution for do it automatically with a single action,
as I know you must select a single test step
right click and press "Clone test step"
then in the Clone window select Target Test Case : <Create New> and select Move Instead option,
perform these actions for each step.
