It depends on what Runner component you're running. The Web Page Runner doesn't load any resources (images, CSS, etc.).
While you can use the SoapUI Runner to automatically load resources, please keep in mind that LoadUI is primarily an API load testing tool (not a web load testing tool). Our web load testing tool is called LoadUIWeb.
