How do i get rid of all the hints popups

So new computer i.e new installation of readyAPI and i get this to me not so useful popups

I mean they was useful once in a time but it would be nice if i could disable them since i have already seen them multiple times and even though its quick to click the button its still frustrating when they do pop up

    I am sure there should be a preference to turn off the tool tips. Can you please check?

      I looked in preferences and search for menus that include tool, tip or hint and no hits. Also looked through menus manually without noticing any feature like that
