Hits per second

Question

Hello,I'm trying to load test an API.We'd like to hit it 30 times per second for 5 minutes to understand the average resp time.Can you please advise on how to set this up?I've looked into the different strategies but nothing seems to be the best.Regards.

Hello,The Fixed-Rate strategy should be able to achieve what you described.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Set the strategy to Fixed-Rate, Rate of 30 with "Request level" checked to run 30 requests per second, and a limit of 300 seconds to run the load test for 5 minutes.&nbsp;http://www.soapui.org/Load-Testing/simulating-different-types-of-load.htmlRegards,MarcusSmartBear Support
