FYI, custom coding is outside the scope of support.
Did you put the MySQL JDBC driver in the <SoapUI Pro install>\bin\ext directory and restart SoapUI Pro? There is a JDBC test step and a JDBC DataSource to use instead of Groovy scripting. Please see the links below for more information on those.
