Thank you for your post. Do you have the DataSource Loop step in your test case? Do you run the whole test case, or just the Groovy Teststep?
Also, please try enabling the Restart on Run option for the DataSource test step: https://support.smartbear.com/readyapi/docs/soapui/steps/data-source.html.
