Hi,
yes.. the first string is a "scope-specifier" relative to the current item, ie it can be "TestSuite", "TestCase", "Project", etc.. It is currently not possible to specify another testsuite/testcase since we wanted to avoid property-dependencies between items, although we could extend the syntax to support this in the future (for example ${#TestSuite.licensingTestSuite#SessionD} !? ).
