Hi Chandra,
It is a known issue in the previous Ready API versions. To fix this issue I would recommend that you install the latest version of ReadyAPI which is 2.3.0 now: https://support.smartbear.com/downloads/readyapi/.
Team,
I Installed Ready API 2.3.0, and when trying to launch got the below error. Can you please help?

Hi Chandra,
What OS do you use (Windows, Linux, Mac OS)? What version of the installer did you download from here: https://support.smartbear.com/downloads/readyapi/? Did the installer include Java?

Hi Nastya,
Below are the things that I used.
Windows Installer [64 bit] for Ready API 2.3.0.
Windows 7 is my OS.
Used Java 8 from IBM
Thanks,
Chandra

Hi Chandra,
I think it's better to handle this issue in a support case, so please open one here: https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=ReadyAPI
