functional web testing

Hi, I am new to soapui and I am using SoapUI, not SoapUI pro. I need to test the website developed by us in localhost. can anyone suggest me how to approach for that?..

Have you happened to see this link below?
http://www.soapui.org/Web-and-HTTP/getting-started.html

Note that you may need 32-bit soapui installation based on my understand for this.
