few Ux improvements

Hello, these little tweaks would be handy
A - Property transer dropdown window do not take into account if step is disabled or not
Justification : when there is long test (dozens of steps) being reffactored, I usually disable part from reffactoring point onwards. Then if I was to pick right step for Property transfer, seeing disabled status in this drop-down would be handy because now I just see all steps enabled and it's confusing

B - Property transer dropdown window is very small and should be extended.
Justification : If "readable test step names" are used, it's not possible to see much from step name. Nowadays there is lot of space on screen so there is no reason for keeping it so small

C - when tabbed view is used and tab is closed, focus should be set to tab from which this closed tab was openned
Justification : It's very confusing when there are similar tests opened at once (let say test A and then test B). Then in test A, I open some new tab and do some stuff there. When I close this tab, focus is set to test B which is not good and very confusing. I should be navigated back to test A tab
