External library classloading

Question

I've added an external library to Netbeans plugin in ${user.home}/.netbeans/6.8/ext/ and receive the following error on restart of netbeans and opening of SoapUI project:

ERROR:SoapUI classloader is not an URLClassLoader, failed to add external library

Any ideas?
