Execution default of goal com.smartbear:ready-api-maven-plugin:2.3.0:test failed: A required class was missing while executing com.smartbear:ready-api-maven-plugin:2.3.0:test: liquibase/exception/LiquibaseException

Any idea how to fix this. in m2 repository liquibase-core 3.5.3 version was downloaded from smartbear.
