excluded elements in the Coverage HTML reports

How can ensure that the coverage HTML reports reflects excluded elements, when generating with testrunner? Currently, in the testrunner-generated report, the uncovered % includes elements that I've se...

could the issue be that testrunner cannot get at the individual project's settings.xml?
