Errors when specifying a new loadUI home folder on cmd line

I'm not sure if this is a bug or I'm doing something wrong. I'm trying to get loadUI to use a different folder for the home folder, but running into problems. I'm attempting to do this by running ...

Hi,

I've verified this bug, and we'll work on fixing it for the next version of loadUI. It may not be fixed for the first beta (scheduled to be released during next week), but it should definitely be in beta 2 or the final version!
