ERROR:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class weblogic.jndi.Environment

I have been getting this error for several days so I reinstalled API 1.9 and the Hermes that installs with 1.9. Hermes starts from the Tool menu, also added the endpoint in the project. Also added Hermes location in Preferences.

I added a Hermes Test Step and added an assertion to verify the JMS response and I still get this error. Argh!!!!

Error in the log:    ERROR:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class weblogic.jndi.Environment

Any ideas to fix are appreciated otherwise I will be checking JMS messages manually.

Thanks,

Dan

      Hi,

Yes, I have used that page to configure Hermes, but I am using Weblogic 10 or 12 and I can not find a configuration that works. If  anyone has the settings for Weblogic and would like to share them I would appreciate it very much.

Note: Hermes works fine in standalone mode, when I add a JMS Response assertion to the JMS Test Step it throws the error.

      Thanks

      Dan
