ERROR:Failed to save workspace For Read only Workspace Files

I'm getting an error exiting SoapUI saying:

ERROR:Failed to save workspace: C::\dev\workspace.xml (Access is denied)

This has been happening since 4.6.x (not sure which minor version though). It wasn't an issue with 4.5
