Error while processing encrypted text
We have API, which takes a template document or photo ( encrypted text ) to update the profile. The encrypted string is long with in request.., our API is working fine if we use standard XML(xml file)...

Seems like the XML may have an invalid character or maybe you need to switch the expected encoding. Can you paste the request that is giving the error? You can also submit a support ticket with the request if you do not want to paste it on the forum.
